This pipetting instrument provides for pipetting of noninfectious liquids with disposable micropipettes and other pipettes of a shaft diameter < 5.5 mm and a volume of up to 1 ml. When the instrument is correctly used, the pipetted liquid comes only into contact with the pipette.
