The BX-41 microscope accepts all UIS optics, delivering bright, sharp and high-contrast images .A 6V/30W halogen illumination with photo-preset button for bright images and convenient photo documentation 8-position universal condenser for use in bright field, dark field , Phase Contrast , polarization, and DIC (Nomarski) allows continuous observation over the wide magnification range of 1.25x-100x without condenser change.

Observation tubes - binocular and trinocular; ergonomic telescoping-tilting binocular tube (U-ETBI: inclination 0-25 degrees) with eyepiece extension up to 45mm; and a tilting binocular tube (U-TBI3: inclination 5-35 degrees)

Multi-head viewing microscope attachments- accommodate up to five total observers. Allows several users to observe a single specimen at the same time. Built-in pointer allows teachers to highlight areas of interest.

Olympus Upright Microscope BX-51

The BX-51 offers increased rigidity coupled with easy-to-operate front controls on a compact space-efficient frame. The new research microscope is a union of the expanded range of Olympus infinity corrected optical systems (UIS - universal infinity system) and advanced fluorescence or differential interference contrast DIC (Nomarski) technology. Based around an enhanced Y-shaped frame, an extended range of accessories and objectives can be used. The rigid design accepts a variety of heavy attachments required for today's discerning microscopists and their various techniques and accessories.
