Density-gradient
stock solution
SpermGrad™-125
is a stock solution designed for preparation of sperm by
density-gradient centrifugation.
SpermGrad™
contains silane-coated, colloidal silica particles with
high density ensuring effective separation and maintenance
of sperm viability during centrifugation. SpermGrad™
should be diluted in SpermRinse™ for gradient preparation.

Manual”.
SpermGrad™
is antibiotic-free while the dilution medium SpermRinse™
contains pharmaceutical grade Gentamicin. SpermGrad™
is ready-to-use after pre-equilibration at ambient temperature
and appropriate dilution in SpermRinse™.
