HYASE™-10X
Hyaluronidase
concentrate
HYASE™-10X is a ten times concentrated solution to
be used, after dilution, for denudation of oocytes prior
to ICSI procedures. HYASE™-10X contains hyaluronidase
to help the dispersal of the cumulus mass and corona during
denudation with a fine bore glass pipette. Before use, HYASE™-10X
must be diluted in GAMETE™ (gamete preparation medium).
Both technical skill and the concentration of the hyaluronidase
are important factors for the result of the procedure.
HYASE™-10X
contains pharmaceutical grade Penicillin G and is ready-to-use
after dilution 1:10 in GAMETE™ and +37°C and 5
% CO2 pre-equilibration.
