GAMETE™-30
Gamete preparation medium
GAMETE™-30 is designed
for handling of gametes outside the incubator. GAMETE™
is a medium buffered with bicarbonate and HEPES to improve
pH stability in room atmosphere. GAMETE™ should not
be left at room atmosphere more then five minutes.
GAMETE™ is free
of Phenol red. GAMETE™ contains pharmaceutical grade
Penicillin G and is ready-to-use after +37°C and 5 %
CO2 pre-equilibration.
