vitro fertilization and cleavage medium
IVF™-30
is designed for fertilization, embryo culture and embryo
transfer. It is formulated according to the low-glucose,
low-phosphate principle of culture media for IVF-ET.
IVF™-30
can be used for culture both in large volumes and droplets
under oil. It is a complete medium providing the best possible
environment up to the 6-8 cell stage. IVF™-30 is free of
Phenol red. IVF™-30 contains pharmaceutical grade Penicillin
G and is ready-to-use after +37°C and 5 % CO2 pre-equilibration.
