CCM™-30 is designed for embryo culture from the 6 -
8 cell stage to the blastocyst stage.
CCM™-30
was introduced on customer demand for use in connection
with autologous co-culture. CCM™-30 has the same composition
as S-2™, which is well documented for blastocyst culture.
If
embryos are cultured in droplets under oil, we recommend
transfer to fresh medium droplets every second day.
CCM™-30
contains pharmaceutical grade Penicillin G, and is ready-to-use
after +37°C and 5 % CO2 pre-equilibration.
