Media for Thawing Embryos
Embryo
thawing solutions
THAW-KIT1 contains
solutions/media for thawing of cleavage-stage embryos. THAW-KIT1
is designed for thawing embryos after freezing according
to the method adopted from Testart et al 1. The phosphate
buffer solution in THAW-KIT1 is supplemented with
Propanediol and Sucrose. For instructions, see the Vitrolife
Fertility Systems Manual.
The THAW-KIT1
solutions contain pharmaceutical grade Penicillin G and
are ready-to-use after pre-equilibration at +20 ±
5ºC.
