THAW-KIT1™
Media for Thawing Embryos
Embryo
thawing solutions
THAW-KIT1™ contains
solutions/media for thawing of cleavage-stage embryos. THAW-KIT1™
is designed for thawing embryos after freezing according
to the method adopted from Testart et al 1. The phosphate
buffer solution in THAW-KIT1™ is supplemented with
Propanediol and Sucrose. For instructions, see the ”Vitrolife
Fertility Systems Manual”.
The THAW-KIT1™
solutions contain pharmaceutical grade Penicillin G and
are ready-to-use after pre-equilibration at +20 ±
5ºC.
