FREEZE-KIT1™
Embryo
freezing solutions
FREEZE-KIT1™
contains freezing solutions for cryopreservation of cleavage-stage
embryos. The phosphate buffer in FREEZE-KIT1™ is supplemented
with Propanediol and Sucrose. The method recommended by
Vitrolife is adapted from the original method of Testart
et al 1. This method has been used clinically for several
years with reported good results. For instructions, see
the ”Vitrolife Fertility Systems Manual”.
The
FREEZE-KIT1™ solutions contain pharmaceutical grade
Penicillin G and are ready-to-use after pre-equilibration
at +20 ± 5ºC.
